CAPABILITIES

What We Machine

01CNC Milling

Milled plastic components based on your drawings and technical requirements. Milling produces pockets, slots, threads, flats and complex contours from sheets, plates and blocks — workholding and cutting parameters are matched to each plastic so dimensions and surfaces stay consistent.

02CNC Turning

Turned components from rods and tubes across the material portfolio. Turning suits round geometries — shafts, bushings, seals, spacers and stepped profiles — machined from bar or tube stock, in one setup where the part allows it.

03Prototype

First parts for evaluation before series production. Prototype parts let you verify fit, function and material choice in your actual application — before committing to batch quantities.

04Small Batch

Short-run quantities coordinated with material supply. Small batches are machined from consolidated stock, bridging urgent needs without holding full-series inventory.

05Production Run

Repeat orders with consistent dimensions and material performance. Batch labels, batch records and agreed inspection items keep repeat orders consistent with the approved first article.

06Complex Plastic Components

Machined parts where material, tolerance and finish all matter. Thin walls, fine threads, tight fits and multi-feature parts are reviewed drawing by drawing — only what can be reliably machined is quoted.

EVIDENCE

Real Machining, Real Parts

Real materials, real machining and real export orders provide a clearer picture than marketing claims.

STEP 01 — MATERIAL Machining Starts from Confirmed Material

Every order begins from confirmed material and grade. Stock shapes carry batch labels, so a finished part traces back to its material batch.

STEP 02 — MACHINING Machining as It Actually Runs

Real machines, real setups — workholding and cutting parameters matched to each plastic, photographed on the machining site.

STEP 03 — INSPECTION Dimensions Checked Against the Drawing

Finished features are measured against the drawing with calipers and measuring equipment — not just visually checked.

STEP 04 — RELEASE Batch Checks Before Parts Leave

Batch-to-batch consistency checks and final inspection are completed before parts are released for packing.

STEP 05 — DELIVERY Packed for Export

Parts are cleaned, protected and packed for export delivery — the same packing shown here is what arrives at your door.

HOW TO VERIFY

Don't Take Photos for It

Evaluate a first article before committing to series production.
Dimension report, COA / TDS available on request with your order.
Batch labels keep delivered material and parts traceable.

QUALITY

Machining Quality & Inspection

A good sample is only the beginning. What matters is whether the next batch performs the same.

Material / grade confirmation before machining.
Dimension inspection, surface & appearance check.
Batch-to-batch consistency and final inspection.
